An Arkansas native Dr. Freyaldenhoven grew up in Conway and attended undergraduate school at Hendrix College in Conway. He received his medical degree from the University for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and continued at UAMS completing his residency and internship serving as Chief Resident from 2001-2002 and continued on at UAMS earning a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Dr. Freyaldenhoven is board certified in neurology and sleep medicine. He currently practices at Arkansas Neurology, Inc. on the Conway Regional Medical Center campus which he opened in 2002 and has served as one the Medical Directors for Sleep Management Services since 2005. Dr. Freyaldenhoven provides pre consultations and follow up appointments for SMS at his clinic in Conway and at the SMS labs in Little Rock and El Dorado. In his free time, he enjoys running, cycling and trailing along after his kids.
